A 25sqm beachside basement apartment (originally a storeroom), the client brief was to create a customised hotel room, a superior man cave with a fully functioning high end miniature kitchen.
This extraordinarily compact custom stainless steel and 2pac kitchen, houses Gaggeanau appliances and fixtures. A new stone floor was laid throughout, and large marble slabs adorn the bathroom walls. Every fixture, fitting and decorative item was very carefully considered, to create this unique space.
